Awarded to those pilots who perform exceptional actions and/or outstanding service during the War, in the areas of:
Aerial combat; Aerial reconnaissance, observation and bombing; Volunteer and support efforts.
Aerial Combat Medal 2nd Class

Support Staff Medal 2nd Class
Awarded to those pilots who perform noteworthy actions and/or commendable service during the War, in the areas of:
Aerial combat; Aerial reconnaissance, observation and bombing; Volunteer and support efforts.
The "Winged Boot" Badge
The Beflügelt Stiefel, or "Winged Boot",
is awarded to those pilots who successfully land their plane in one piece somewhere in friendly territory,
(other than an air field), and "walk" back to their home aerodrome to fly again.
